1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
- All original tags and labels are attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and e-gift cards
- Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been altered or modified
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@Bazaarpoint.pk or call +92 300 1234567 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Return Shipping
Within Pakistan
- Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for defective items or incorrect orders.
- Customer-Paid Returns: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Pickup: In select cities, we offer free pickup service for returns. Contact us to check availability in your area.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Options
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account) within 7-14 business days.
- Store Credit: Opt for store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus on your refund amount.
- Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal or greater value.
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full purchase price of the returned item(s)
- Original shipping charges (if applicable)
The following will be deducted from your refund:
- Return shipping fees (for change of mind returns)
- Any discounts or promotional codes applied to the original order (pro-rated)
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@Bazaarpoint.pk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item:
- Exchanges are subject to item availability
- If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference
- One exchange per order is allowed
7. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@Bazaarpoint.pk.
- After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow our return process after receiving the item.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the expected ship date.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account or mobile wallet statement
- Contact your bank or payment provider (some refunds may take additional processing time)

9. Sale Items
Items purchased during sales events are subject to the following return conditions:
- Regular Sales (up to 30% off): Standard return policy applies
- Major Sales (30-50% off): Returns accepted within 14 days; store credit only
- Clearance/Final Sale (50%+ off): No returns or exchanges unless defective
